Good Morning and Happy Sunday! Another Sunday morning classic I had growing up was blueberry muffins. Whether it was out of the packet or from scratch, having muffins for breakfast was a berry welcome treat. Blueberry muffins weren’t always a clear favorite for me. Don’t get me wrong, I always liked blueberry muffins but they weren’t always my favorite. Overtime my tastes changed and blueberry muffins became my number one muffin flavor. This probably has something to do with how great they were at Iowa State. This recipe was my attempt to achieve something like it, but with some edits. Nutella Stuffed Sugar Cookies

Good Morning and Happy Valentine’s Day! It feels good to be back making recipes again. I thought I would make a special post and share a recipe I originally made back in college. Though technically back then I didn’t use recipes, I think I was able to make something just as sweet. No matter if or how you celebrate Valentine’s day, it’s a wonderful excuse to have a bit of fun baking and share with the ones you care about. If you are looking for a dessert with a warm, chocolatey center to melt that special someone’s (or your own) heart, look no further!
