Good Morning and Happy Saturday! This morning I’d like to share my Grandma’s butter cookie recipe. It’s another Christmas classic that is requested every year by at least one family member, much to my mother’s chagrin. I, however, always loved rolling out and decorating these cookies over the holidays. I have been known to break this recipe out for any sort of holiday and season.

Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Good Morning and Happy Friday! What better way to celebrate than with a little chocolate? If you are needing a little bit of snow, these sugar dusted cookies might just do the trick. At least, they always reminded me of a cold, snowy day.
Gingerbread Whoopie Pies
Good Morning and Happy Thursday! Today I decided to be a bit adventurous and make whoopie pies. I first learned about whoopie pies through one of my favorite shows, Unique Sweets, and they were so interesting to me. From my understanding, it’s a cake-like cookie sandwich and is easier to make than pie.
Sugar Cookies
Good Morning and Happy Wednesday! I can’t believe we’re halfway through the week already. It feels like time is going faster this week than it has all year. I suppose that’s how holidays go though with all the festivities and celebrations going on. Much like how time is moving, these cookies are a quick bake and add some festive flair to the holiday cookie plate.
Shortbread Cookies
Good Morning and Happy Tuesday! I wanted to try to make something I haven’t made before – shortbread. Shortbread is a firm favorite of my mother and brother. I only really remember my family making it from scratch one time in my life, and I didn’t really remember what it entailed. I just remembered it was a crisp and wonderfully buttery treat.
Peanut Blossoms
Good Morning and Happy Monday! Today’s festive recipe will hopefully make the holiday baking bug start to bloom. That’s right, we’re making peanut blossoms today. These cookies are one of the few Christmas cookie staples my family make each year. The first dozen of peanut blossoms never lasted long because everyone wanted a cookie right out of the oven. The chocolate was perfectly melted over a wonderfully warm peanut butter cookie. What’s better than that?
Almond Cupcakes
Good Morning and Happy Sunday! I am ecstatic to bring you a plethora of festive recipes this week. That’s right, every day this week I’m posting a new recipe. Fair warning, it’s going to mostly be cookies because they are a classic treat for this time of year. I’m kicking of the week with my recipe for almond cupcakes. It’s one of my favorite cupcake flavors and I’m excited to share this sweet treat with you.
